NEW GREEN BUILDING PRODUCT, BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, YOU’RE HEALTH AND YOUR WALLET!

Dwyer Green Builders is proud to be a progressive home and commercial builder that doesn’t use any wood products with any of their alternative building products. We feel as well as others using a post and beam icf type building system is far superior over conventional framing. This type of building gives you the consumer a stronger structure and is considerably easier to construct which means more dollars in your pocket.

By using concrete posts and beam with steel supports along with foam filler walls, any consumer should understand why this building method is superior over wood framing construction. First of all strength is very important especially in locations where high winds or earthquakes are common. Because our structures are tied down to the foundation using steel, plus the outer shell has a flexible concrete coating that won’t crack so your home will be around even after the most wicked of storms. Insects, mold and formaldehyde don’t like our clean environment and fire is also greatly reduced using our unique building product.

Last but certainly not least the fact that people living and working in our structures enjoy reduced energy costs, smaller a/c and heating units because of the high insulation rating, air tight and quiet and a better resale value because of a brighter future. We feel that everyone should understand there are better ways to build or remodel. We are currently working diligently in the Galveston Bay area helping people in need of housing both temporary and long term. Our wall panels are pre manufactured; this means we ship them to your jobsite ready for quick and easy construction.

All of us at Dwyer Green Builders want you to understand the importance of preserving our natural resources so we can continue to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. We would be happy anytime to help you become greener in your everyday lives.
